GetAShidduch.org is open to Jewish singles who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

When using GetAShidduch.org, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and questionnaire.
• Treat all other users with respect and dignity.
• Not use the platform for any commercial, promotional, or fraudulent purposes.
• Uphold tzniut (modesty) values in all interactions on the platform.
• Not harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Not share other users' private information without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Privacy

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Membership and Contributions

GetAShidduch.org operates on a membership support model. The financial contributions provided by our members are used exclusively to sustain the platform's operations, maintain our educational database, and expand our community outreach.

These contributions are not payments for a commercial service but support for the nonprofit mission of Education On The Go Corp, a registered 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 92-1172505). All contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Membership can be canceled at any time through the membership management portal or by contacting us at info@edonthego.org. As these are contributions to a nonprofit mission, they are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us and we will review your case.

We offer a 14-day free access period for all new members. If you find value in our project, we encourage you to consider a small monthly contribution to help us cover our operational costs and continue serving the community.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

GetAShidduch.org is a platform that facilitates connections between Jewish singles. While we strive to provide meaningful matches through our compatibility system, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to successful matches, dates, or marriages. All interactions between users are at their own discretion and risk.
